Order Info
We understand that you are busy so we have listed
the steps below to ensure that your order is processed quickly and smoothly.
Follow these easy steps:
- Provide us with your organizations contact information, please include the "Ship to", and "Bill to" addresses along with the contact person's phone and email address.
- Select a product(s) from our selection in the products section.
- Provide us with the quantity desired.
- Provide us with an example of your artwork. (Please specify how many colors are included in your logo.)
You can then either email all of this information to info@cottonwood-kids.com or fax your request to 603-433-6562.
We will then provide your organization with the following information:
- A formal estimate of all of your charges,
- Cottonwood Group LLC Company information including W-9 Information.
- Artwork Guidelines.
- Terms and Conditions.
Once we receive an official order from your organization, along with your artwork and deposit, we will provide you with two proofs to ensure that your order is produced to your specifications.
- Paper Proof of your custom diaper bag.
- Digital Proof and/or physical sample for final verification.
All of our custom diaper bags are produced overseas and have a 90-120 day production schedule, including proof approval and shipping time.
